Obituary Search Request
Depending upon available obituaries, librarians may be able assist with local obituary searches. To make a request, please fill out the form, visit the Ask a Librarian desk on the 2nd floor of the library, or call 928.777.1526. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Tax Information
Select federal tax forms and state tax forms will be available soon for pick up on the 1st floor of the library in the Community Information area. Available forms include:
- Federal tax forms 1040 and 1040 SR (including schedules 1, 2, 3)
- Federal 1040 and 1040SR instruction booklet
- AZ state forms 140 / 140 forms from previous years
- AZ state 140 Schedule A
